DMG MORI is committed to upholding high ethical standards throughout all facets of our business activities. This commitment includes respecting all internationally recognized human rights and ensuring our business and supply chains are free of modern slavery, which refers to forms of labor based on coercion, deception or psychological or physical threats, including but not limited to forced labor, child labor, bonded labor, indentured labor, prison labor, human trafficking, and slavery.

We have established an employee code of conduct regarding the prohibition of modern slavery and require all employees to complete annual mandatory training on respecting human rights and preventing modern slavery.

We also require all suppliers to abide by the "DMG MORI CSR Procurement Guideline".
